This creative workshop celebrated the beauty of seasonal ingredients and the joy of creating together. Throughout the morning, participants explored the entire journey of a dish – from the garden to the plate.
Fresh herbs, vegetables, fruits and edible flowers became the starting point for individual creations, where flavour, colour, shape and texture all played an important role. Rather than following a set recipe, the focus was on developing a deeper appreciation for seasonal ingredients, working intuitively and discovering new inspiration.
What began as individual creations gradually came together around a shared table. During a relaxed lunch in the garden, everyone’s dishes were brought together – the result of a morning filled with exchange, creativity and good food. A workshop that offered an opportunity to connect with the rhythms of nature and discover the pleasure of cooking, learning and sharing together.

Founded by a designer with a background in the fashion industry, the studio approaches food as both a material and a form of expression.
