Guest Chef: eeeat
Munich-based food studio eeeat, led by Johanna Alscheken, joined us at Villa Arnica on two occasions. In August and October, she brought her creative, plant-based cuisine to Lana, hosting two special dinners that celebrated seasonal ingredients, design and the pleasure of sharing good food.
Munich-based food studio eeeat, led by Johanna Alscheken, joined us at Villa Arnica on two occasions. In August and October, she brought her creative, plant-based cuisine to Lana, hosting two special dinners that celebrated seasonal ingredients, design and the pleasure of sharing good food.
Johanna drew inspiration from what each season had to offer. Vegetables, herbs and fruits, including ingredients from our Arnica Acker, formed the basis of her varied menus. With a keen eye for colour, texture and composition, she brought flavour and aesthetics together, creating dishes and table settings that went far beyond the traditional dining experience.
Gathered around long tables, guests shared dishes, discovered new flavours and enjoyed conversations. Two evenings where good food, creativity and a sense of community came together.
