Inspired by her time in Sri Lanka, Emily combines different flavours and techniques with European produce, showing how just a few good ingredients can come together to create dishes with a distinctive character. The menu features Pol Sambal, Pol Roti and Egg Hoppers.
Rather than following a recipe step by step, the workshop is about getting to know ingredients, exploring how flavours work together and developing a more intuitive approach to cooking. At the end, the dishes created during the workshop will be tasted and shared together.
