Yoga Retreat with Meg Shuba
Discover a retreat that offers you the space to reconnect with yourself. Savor an espresso in the pool house, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and let the unique atmosphere of this place invite you to delve deeper into the beauty of the moment.
Nestled in the Italian Alps and surrounded by gentle vineyards, Villa Arnica opens its doors exclusively for this special retreat with Meg Shuba. Mornings begin with the soothing sounds of the record player in the Salotto, accompanied by a balanced breakfast featuring fresh produce from the villa's own garden, the Acker Acker.
The nature surrounding the villa whispers its stories into the quiet, waiting to be discovered during serene walks through the vineyards and beneath the shade of ancient trees. Thoughtfully guided by Meg, you’ll flow through invigorating yoga sessions in the mornings and evenings, held in the sunlit glasshouse set amidst the villa’s expansive garden. Meditations and wellness practices invite you to pause, breathe, and wholeheartedly arrive in the present.
This retreat is a haven for body and soul – a place where you can let go of all that is unnecessary and connect with the essence of your being. A retreat as peaceful and timeless as Villa Arnica itself.

About Meg
Having lived all over the US, Meg now calls Stowe, Vermont, her home. Her self-curated methodology is taught under her Accredited Yoga Academy, Body Poetic. She has taught, directed and consulted some of the most well-known yoga studios, universities, hotels, and wellness centers all over the nation. Nevertheless, her hope is to bring a down-to-earth and relatable experience that’s magnetic, electric, and maybe even filled with belly laughs or tears. Meg’s signature (and perhaps, unusual) style, poetically weaves together femininity, humor, and storytelling. Spice, Nuance, Whimsy, Emotion. Move and be moved.
