During the summer months, host Klaus Dissertori invites guests every Sunday to the Poolhouse Grill at Villa Arnica - grilled vegetables from our own garden are served alongside Mediterranean-prepared fish and meat with chilled drinks by the pool. On balmy South Tyrolean summer nights, Jean Paul, Villa Arnica's well-traveled chef, effortlessly conjures up uncomplicated, honest delicacies according to the principle "garden to table."

With a view over the azure shimmering pool, lined with the scent of summer lavender, guests of Villa Arnica as well as external visitors enjoy these barbecue evenings at the long table under the arbor - this is where animated conversations and culinary delights meet in a relaxed atmosphere.
