Herbal Workshop in the Arnica Acker

Together, we’ll explore how powerful juices, tinctures, and natural remedies can be created from simple ingredients. An afternoon for all who see health as something holistic – in harmony with nature.
You can look forward to an introduction to the world of wild and medicinal plants, and creating revitalising drinks and tinctures. As we gather, prepare, and enjoy together in the greenery, Daniela shares her deep knowledge of the healing powers of herbs grown in our Arnica Acker. Includes take-home recipes for your own natural home apothecary.

Daniela Paris has 37 years of experience in running a hotel business. However, she discovered her true passion in cooking with wild herbs and in connecting with people. She was deeply impressed by the energy she could absorb in just a short time spent in nature. This led her to explore and embrace its primal force and treasures, integrating them into daily life through simple ideas. It became her dream vocation, and today she supports others in rediscovering themselves and finding harmony through the mirror of nature.
