The room rates are per person/night including Villa Arnica breakfast. Deposits can be made conveniently online. We will gladly consider your room requests and confirm the desired room category, but cannot guarantee fixed room numbers.

Shuttleservice
We are happy to pick you up from the train station in Lana-Burgstall (3.5km) free of charge.
For pick-up at the train station in Bolzano or Merano, we will gladly organise a shuttle for you at an extra charge.

Travel Cancellation Insurance
Since fees may be incurred for cancellations depending on the type and time of cancellation, it is advisable to take out low-cost travel cancellation insurance. Senior citizens and families with small children in particular, who may have unpredictable appointments or doctor's appointments, should consider taking out low-cost travel cancellation insurance.
New cancellations, early departures
For bookings until 30.04.2024 the cancellation deadline is 48h before arrival. Otherwise the free cancellation period is up to one week before arrival.
