We have therefore made several arrangements to make your 2020 holiday safe and relaxing with us.

FOR A CARE-FREE TIME DURING YOUR STAY


We strictly adhere to the recommendations of international and local health authorities (including the WHO). Our already strict hygiene protocols have been checked and adapted to the current situation. We have increased the frequency of all our cleaning processes, including disinfection throughout the hotel. Special cleaning agents are used for this. Creating special vacation moments for you and your loved ones remains our top priority as a host. Despite these new regulations, our team is excited to look after you with its usual warmth and competence during your stay with us.

 

Opening
Subject to the border opening of our neighboring countries we are reopening on June 18, 2020. We all look forward to seeing you again soon!

 

Flexible booking conditions
We have expanded our cancellation policy to make travel planning easier for you. This summer 2020 you can cancel or postpone existing bookings or new reservations free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

 

Arrival 
The decision regarding the opening or closing of various border crossings rests with the governments of the respective countries and will be decided at short notice in view of the constant developments. From today's perspective, it is not yet known whether and when borders will be opened. Therefore, we kindly ask you for your patience and to bear with us in regards to your upcoming holiday. 

 

Check In
We offer our guests the service to complete the check-in online. Your room key can be deposited on request.

 

Food & beverages
In order to comply with the set guidelines, a minimum required distance is kept between all tables. Reservations are mandatory and all dishes are served à la carte. Breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant, on the terrace or in your room. There are small à la carte dishes available at lunchtime and throughout the afternoon.  Buffet style meals will not be offered due to hygiene reasons. Our room service will be available all day long at no extra charge.

 

Our team
Our team is continuously trained on how to implement these increased hygiene measures. We only work with gloves and mouth-nose protection.


Our guests
Weather mouth and nose protective masks have to be worn by our guests in the catering area has not yet been defined. In any case, mouth and nose protection as well as disinfectant gel are available to our guests in every room.

 

Hygiene measures 
We have implemented comprehensive guidelines to meet the highest hygiene standards in all areas of our hotel. Our employees are constantly trained to comply with these high standards and its correct implementation is monitored on a daily basis by an appointed member of staff. The recommendations of the WHO and state legislation are not only strictly followed, even additional measures are taken in consideration wherever we regard it as useful to protect our employees and guests.

 

Sauna and swimming pool
Our new outdoor pool is daily open. According to the current legal regulations our indoor swimming pool and saunas at our partnerhotel may not be used.

 

Recharge your batteries
We will do our best to make sure you will spend a relaxing time with us this year, that you can draw strength in nature or when reading a good book. This time is a challenge on many levels and it is all the more important to properly recharge your batteries. We look forward to supporting you!
